Angry PM must act

In a recent press conference, PM Narendra Modi stated that he gets so angry at this “gau rakshak” business. He delivered a lacerating statement on “gau rakshaks”, blamed for outrageous incidents like the flogging of four dalits in Gujarat. Mr Modi also said that these people are anti-social elements in the garb of “gau rakshaks”. While it is commendable that the PM commented on the shameful incidents, but not much can be achieved by simply expressing anger.
