Prime Minister Narendra Modi will leave for Brussels late Tuesday night, where he will attend the India-EU summit besides bilateral meetings, before heading for Washington a day later to take part in the Nuclear Security Summit hosted by US President Barack Obama.
However, there will be no meeting between Mr Modi and Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Washington, as expected earlier, as Mr Sharif has cancelled his US visit following the deadly terror attack in Lahore on Sunday. Mr Sharif’s visit was called off on Monday.
On his way home from the US, the Indian Prime Minister will also visit Saudi Arabia.
