Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir on high alert

In the wake of the terror attack, security was stepped up in the NCR, including at airports, railway stations, bus stands and other vital installations. Security was increased in several areas, including popular market places and the VIP-movement zone in Lutyens’ Delhi. Vigil in and around security forces’ bases and other vital installations across Jammu and Kashmir was also beefed up.
