Man chops off wife's nose after she refused to give alcohol
The woman was rushed to the hospital, where her condition is said to be stable.

Shahjahanpur: A man chopped off his wife's nose when she stopped him from drinking alcohol in UP’s Bahadurpur village, the police said on May 2.
The incident took place on Tuesday when Sangita, 35, got into a fight with her husband, Rajesh Kumar over his drinking habit. The fight enraged Kumar which then led him to chop off his wife’s nose, the police said.
The woman was rushed to a hospital, where her condition is said to be stable.
An FIR has been registered against Kumar in this regard, the police added.
