Chandigarh: Rohtak city has been sealed and Rohtak Jail has been turned into a virtual fortress as the prison awaits the arrival of CBI judge Jagdeep Singh, who convicted Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh for rape and criminal intimidation on Friday, to pronounce the prison term and fine to the self-styled godman on Monday.

A makeshift court has been prepared inside the jail for the sentencing. Addressing a press conference in Chandigarh, Haryana DGP B.S. Sandhu said that maintaining law and order would be the top priority for the Haryana police on Monday.
