Lucknow: Posters announcing a reward of Rs 1 crore for killing Gujarat MLA Alpesh Thakor, allegedly involved in inciting violence against Hindi-speaking migrants in his state, have appeared in UP’s Bahraich district.

The posters of a little-known organisation, Maharani Padmavati Youth Brigade, said, “Mr Thakor’s act against labourers and others is cowardice. Such act is against the country. We have declared Rs 1 crore reward for beheading him.”
