Lucknow: The Karni Sena that had shot to fame last year when it stalled the release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Padmavat’, is back in news again.

This time, the Karni Sena has announced that those Rajput members who have been touching the feet of BSP president Mayawati will be excommunicated from the Kshatriya community and will face social boycott. State president of Karni Sena, Veer Pratap Singh Veeru said at a party meeting in Jalaun that those who could not maintain their self respect had no reason to remain in the Rajput community which is known for self respect.

“Touching the feet of leaders only for the sake of political gain or survival was unacceptable. We have seen that people who are older to the BSP president in age are touching her feet. We will ensure the social boycott of such Rajputs”, he said.

The Karni Sena state chief further asked members of the Rajput community to behead anyone charged with raping children. “Such persons who rape girls as young as six years should be beheaded and the Karni Sena will give a reward of Rs 20 lakhs to those who do it. The state unit of Karni Sena will give an additional amount of rs five lakhs and we will also prove all legal aid to the person who beheads the accused”, he said.

Karni Sena also challenged the BJP to deliver on the promise of Ram temple. “The Karni Sena will build the temple within 90 days. We are ready to face bullets for this too,” he added.
