Ajit Doval puts off visit to Beijing

National security advisor Ajit Doval’s visit to China from Tuesday for talks with top Chinese leaders has been put off in the wake of the attack by Pakistani militants on a key Air Force base in Pathankot.

Chinese and Indian officials on Monday said the visit was postponed due to the Pathankot incident. Indian officials said Mr Doval’s visit will be rescheduled.
