The singer visited a sick fan at her home, on her way back home for the holiday season

Taylor Swift made a pit-stop on her way back home for the holidays to meet a 13-year-old fan who sufferers from neuroblastoma — a type of cancer — and fulfilled her #DelaneyMeetTaylor campaign.

Delaney Clements, who reportedly recently entered hospice care after stopping her cancer treatment, posted a photo of her and Taylor’s on her Instagram page after the singer had visited her and wrote, “Literally speechless right now! My new best friend (as I call her now) made a special stop from going home to Tennessee and surprised me and gave me the best present/hug ever!”

Delaney had been diagnosed with neuroblastoma in 2010 and has since had her social media followers create the #DelaneyMeetTaylor campaign as she is a huge fan of the pop star.
