Kim’s donating 1,000 shoes

Days after socialite Kim Kardashian and Kanye West decided to name their baby boy Saint, the couple seem to be feeling a little saintly themselves, with Kim announcing that she’ll be donating 1,000 pairs of shoes to a girl who is trying to donate them to a charity herself.

According to TMZ.com (and Kim’s tweets) the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star watched a news segment about 17-year-old Amelia Flores, who wanted to donate 1,000 pairs of shoes to the charity Soles4Souls, which helped her family after Hurricane Katrina’s devastation in 2005.

“Kanye and I would love to donate those 1000 shoes,” Kim tweeted on Thursday. “So whoever you are... these shoes are for you,” she added.
