James Franco has been sued by a photographer, who claims that the actor headbutted him at a Lana Del Ray concert in 2014.

The photographer, David Tonnessen, has filed papers in a court that says James smiled “rather demonically” when he saw him take photos of him, and then headbutted him to the ground as he wore a “blank expression of joy on his face”, according to TMZ.com.

The Pineapple Express star hasn’t responded yet, but David is said to be asking for payment for medical expenses and other damages that left him “permanently” injured.
