Cheryl ‘desperate’ for divorce

Sources claim the singer has been using only her first name for all her professional work

A day after shutting down rumours about cheating on her then-husband Jean Bernard, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is in the news again. Sources have claimed that the singer is “desperate” to get divorced soon and has already begun using only her first name professionally.

A source told The Mirror on Sunday, “Cheryl has been using her first name professionally for some time. Cheryl is the one that wanted a divorce and she is desperate for it to go ahead. There are reasons for that which will come out in due course.”

Why “She wants a divorce as quickly as possible so she can change her name and move on,” the source added.
