Brad Pitt out of FBI pit

After being accused of assaulting his own son on an aeroplane, Brad Pitt will reportedly not be prosecuted by the FBI for the case — which came up after the high-profile announcement of his divorce from Angelina Jolie.

TMZ.com’s sources say that the bureau is still “fact-gathering” for the case, and refuses to call it an investigation, adding that the case is “going nowhere”.

Brad had been accused of assaulting his son Maddox on a private jet, but witnesses have said that Brad had only inadvertently hit him, with Maddox suffering no injuries.
