Ariana Grande cancelled her upcoming performance that was to be held in Rock in Rio, Lisbon, Portugal.

The 22-year-old, ‘Focus’ singer announced on Twitter that she has been suffering from a throat and sinus infection and was advised by doctors to stay away from singing for a while, reported justjared.com.

“I’m deeply saddened to tell my babes in Portugal that I have to cancel my performance at Rock in Rio. (I’ve literally been crying over this for an hour). I promise to make it up to you, and to give you the best show I’m capable of when I return.” She wrote on her twitter page.
