Polish lessons for football coaches

More than 150 elite coaches of the Delhi-NCR region took part in a day-long clinic taken by Polish coaches Darhiusz Kubicki and Michal Libich on Monday at Ambedkar Stadium.

More than 150 elite coaches of the Delhi-NCR region took part in a day-long clinic taken by Polish coaches Darhiusz Kubicki and Michal Libich on Monday at Ambedkar Stadium.

The clinic was organised jointly by Delhi Soccer Association and Nisha Sports Group ahead of the Fifa Under-17 World Cup scheduled in eight Indian cities including Delhi.

The event was inaugurated by Poland’s ambassador Tomasz Lukaszuk. Kubicki, a former Poland footballer and coach, and Libich, a Uefa Elite Youth coach ran the programme.

Former Olympin and Fifa referee S.S. Hakeem, Sports Authority of India executive director Hira Ballabh and DSA officials were present on the occasion.
