It’s almost confirmed that Parasuram will be directing Superstar Mahesh Babu. But the shoot is not going to happen any time soon, because Mahesh Babu has been roped in to play a key role in Chiranjeevi’s Acharya, directed by Koratala Siva.

Mahesh Babu has told Parasuram that he can do another film if he wants to. “Mahesh has advised Parasuram that he can finish his film with Naga Chaitanya and then take up the film with him. But Parasuram has told him that he doesn’t want to do Chaitanya’s film as it will take a lot of time, and that he prefers to wait till Mahesh completes Chiru’s film,” says a source.

Parasuram was supposed to direct Naga Chaitanya for his next, but the big offer to direct a star like Mahesh, something which he had been waiting for, came unexpectedly, so he has postponed work on Chaithanya’s film.
