It was reported on TMZ.com that The Mindy Project actor Adam Pally was arrested on Tuesday night in New York City for possession of a small bag of cocaine and marijuana.

According to the cops, the actor was searched when he was spotted smoking marijuana from an e-cigarette in public.

The actor will now have to appear before a judge within 30 days.
