Veteran Hollywood star Val Kilmer has been an ardent admirer of Australian actress Cate Blanchett, but he recently moved into stalker territory, when he revealed in a series of tweets that he had once flown to Australia just to meet her — but was confronted by the actress’ husband instead.

The Batman Forever star tweeted, “Once I flew all the way to Australia just to talk to Cate Blanchett. Her husband met me first. Or, instead, I guess, to be accurate. And recently I’ve had 2 dreams with #CateBlanchett in them. Her husband wasn’t in either of them. (sic)”

He also tweeted a photo of the actress and captioned it “I mean even if she couldnt act you know what I mean? (sic).”
