Troubled former basketball player and actor Dennis Rodman has been charged with four misdemeanour criminal charges, and if convicted, could have up to two years in jail.

The four charges, according to TMZ.com, were slapped by the Orange County District Attorney in California: Hit-and-run with property damage, driving a car across a divider, giving false info to a policeman and driving a car without a valid licence.

The incident had occurred on July 20 this year, with the Double Team star driving an SUV on a freeway after partying at a karaoke bar.
