Mumbai: Yesterday evening, Priyanka Chopra hosted a wedding shower at the Tiffany & Co. Blue Box Café in New York City to celebrate her upcoming nuptials with Nick Jonas.
PeeCee was dressed in a white, strapless Marchesa dress with a beaming smile with her near and dear ones, as the images shared by her on Instagram showed. While the ring was the talk of the party, she also complemented her look with over $1million of Tiffany diamond jewellery.
Some of Priyanka’s closest friends and family were in attendance to celebrate the bride-to-be, including Lupita Nyong’o and Kelly Ripa.
The 'Baywatch' actor took to her social media to share pictures in which she wrote, "Love, laughter and a room full of amazing ladies...and some special gentlemen (what a special surprise)! After keeping fans and media guessing for the longest time, Priyanka and Nick confirmed their engagement in August with a 'roka' ceremony, followed by a private party in Mumbai. Both the events were attended by near and dear ones of the couple. The other pre-wedding functions are expected to take place in Delhi and Mumbai, where Priyanka’s family and friends stay.
Nick popped the big question to Priyanka during a trip to London on her 36th birthday. In London, he closed down an entire Tiffany&Co. store in order to pick out the perfect ring for his lady love.
On the work front, the actress is currently busy shooting for director Shonali Bose's 'The Sky Is Pink' alongside Zaira Wasim and Farhan Akhtar.
