Alia Bhatt will soon be collaborating with her filmmaker-father Mahesh Bhatt for the very first time in Sadak 2, and the actress says that she can’t think of anything better.

“It’s beautiful, it’s absolutely amazing, it’s a dream come true for me. My father is directing me, and I can’t ask for anything more. I’m finally working with him and it’s going to be very special,” she says.

The film directed by Mahesh Bhatt will be a sequel to his 1991 hit Sadak, and it will star the original lead pair — Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt — as well as Alia and Aditya Roy Kapur. It’s expected to hit silver screens in 2020.

Alia reveals that she has many memories attached to the original film, which makes the sequel even more special for her. Meanwhile, the actress will also be seen alongside Amitabh Bachchan and Ranbir Kapoor in Brahmastra.
