After putting up a series of humorous posts on Facebook about Hanumanth Rao pulling out the posters of Arjun Reddy, Ram Gopal Varma has now hit back at the politician, who threatened to not let him step into Hyderabad. “HR sir What do u mean u won’t let me step into Hyderabad? I am right now in Hyderabad only (sic),” RGV wrote.

He went on to say that Hanumanth Rao is publicising the film. “HR sir, do u not think that I do not have spy camera footage of the producer giving u money to do publicity... Do you not think I am not going to release the spy camera footage to the media at 6 pm today? (sic),” he wrote.

Further, the director in his typical style, went on to throw a challenge at the politician and wrote, “HR Saar nenu repu poddhunna Prasad IMAX lo 10.30 morning show ki vasthunna.. See u there Basthi Me Sawaal (sic),” which translates to, “HR sir, I will be watching the early morning 10.30 am show at Prasads IMAX. See you there. Here’s my challenge!”
