Abhishek Bachchan has given his nod to J.P. Dutta’s Paltan. We hear that the actor has opted out of the Ronnie Screwvala road trip comedy with Irrfan Khan due to date issues. Directed by Akarsh Khurana, the film was about two friends who embark on a road trip and had Abhishek and Irrfan in stellar roles.

“He has already given his dates to J.P. Dutta’s film. He started his career with him in Refugee. His dates are blocked, and it seems he won’t be a part of Irrfan’s road trip film,” a source said.

On the micro-blogging platform, Abhishek has confirmed that he is part of producer-director J.P. Dutta’s upcoming film titled Paltan. It is a war drama, as the veteran director is known for his war films.
