Star kid Janhvi Kapoor took to Instagram to remember her mother Sridevi on her 56th birth anniversary. In a short and sweet post Janhvi wrote, “Happy birthday, Mumma, I love you.”

Janhvi and her family also went to Tirupati temple to start her mother’s birthday on an auspicious note. A new picture on the Dhadak actress’ Instagram shows her dressed in traditional South Indian attire.

It’s been a year and a half since Sridevi passed away in Dubai. Anil Kapoor’s wife Sunita, who was extremely close to the late actress, also put up a message. It reads: “Memories are always special. Sometimes we laugh by remembering the times we cried, and we cry by remembering the days we laughed! That’s life. Happy birthday Sri, Miss you so much.”
