Alia Bhatt fans are eagerly awaiting her next film Sadak 2, and the makers of the film are trying to wrap it up at the earliest. While Alia is clearly nervous about being directed by her father Mahesh Bhatt, she is also all set to put her best foot forward.

A source close to the actress reveals that the first schedule was wrapped recently, and now, on July 16, the actress will head to Ooty for the second schedule of the film. The second schedule will largely be shot in Ooty for close to 2 weeks.

The rest of the cast, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjay Dutt, will also join the team in Ooty. The film also stars Pooja Bhatt. Pooja and Sanjay also starred in the original 1991 film Sadak, a romantic thriller that revolved around a young man who falls in love with a sex worker.

Sadak 2 will see Mahesh back in the director’s chair after almost twenty years.
