Patralekha

Patralekha debuted with her now-beau Rajkummar Rao in City Lights and is happy with the way her journey has shaped up. “Earlier I used to feel very awkward as I did not know many people. But now, I just feel I am part of this industry. I am very happy and content with my journey and want to do more good work. I feel at home now.”

The actress will be soon seen in Badnaam Gali that deals with the theme of surrogacy. “It is not about sex. It is about the friendship between two people,” she asserts. The actress, however, feels that the OTT platforms have opened many doors for her. “I am getting a lot of work. A few years ago, though I was getting offers, choosing the right one was my priority. Now I am getting work that’s of my choice,” adds the actress who will be also seen in a Kannada as well as a Bollywood film soon. When asked if collaborating with Rajkummar is on the cards, she retorts, “We need to get a good script to be able to work together.”
