Kangana Ranaut, who has worked with Vikash Bahl in the film Queen, opened up about what she thinks about the controversial issue revolving around the filmmaker that has left Bollywood buzzing. An employee at Phantom Films accused director of molesting her.

When Kangana was asked about her views on the incident, she commended the woman in question, and said, “It’s a very serious issue. I can only say that whoever faces a situation like this and comes out and speaks about it in the open is a very courageous woman. Though I am not involved in any way with this particular situation, I am glad that more and more women are speaking up and facing such situations head-on.”

She added, “We need more and more women to come out and talk about abuse because that is the only way to spread awareness. Of course there will always be another side to the story and there are authorities who can decide what the right thing to do is. But women must not keep quiet about such matters.”
