Word is that Ranbir Kapoor’s recent trip with mother Neetu Kapoor was to meet with a renowned business family. Mommy Kapoor is scouting for the new Kapoor bahu, we are told. And even though Ranbir has met up with the girl and her family, he has made it clear that his prime focus at present is his career.

While he is rocking his single status, he also has decided that his acting career needs to move to the next level. He first has Jagga Jasoos as actor-producer, followed by the Dutt biopic to accomplish. Not forgetting Ayan Mukherjee’s digital dream Dragon opposite Alia Bhatt, with Karan Johar as producer.

This scheduled timeline won’t leave enough time to indulge in the necessary preparations. Hence, the impending marriage was moved to the back burner and the priority given to films. Ranbir intends to hold on to the single tag for a while and has made it amply clear to all that it’s his chosen path, for now.
