4 held for abduction and murder of realtor

With the arrest of four persons, the Delhi police on Tues-day claimed to have solved the case of abduction and murder of a property dealer.

The police said that the arrested were identified as Narender (27), Sonu (31), Sanjay (48) and Ankit (20), adding that Narender was the mastermind to abduct and murder Rajesh Jaiswal on August 12 with whom the former had a property dispute.

According to the police, the accused shot dead Rajesh and buried his body in a vacant plot somewhere at Palwal in Haryana.

“An investigation team managed to apprehend Narender from his house and during interrogation, he confessed that there was a property dispute with Rajesh Jaiswal who had recently sold a property adjoining his house to some other person.

“Narender hatched a conspiracy along with Sonu, Sanjay and Ankit, all residents of Ambedkar Nagar of Delhi.”

“As per their plan, they called Rajesh Jaiswal in the evening of August 12 by alluring that they want to purchase that property at higher rates and also asked him to bring documents of the property,” said a senior police official.
