Mumbai Indians made it to the semi-finals by the skin of their teeth. After suffering a humiliating defeat at the hands of Rajasthan, their next match was abandoned due to rain and they looked on the edge of getting knocked out from the tournament. With the skies staying clear during their next match, Mumbai demolished Lions, scoring 150 runs in just 13.2 overs. Despite struggling to make it to the semi-finals, the reigning IPL Champions go into this match as the stronger of the two teams. Here are a few players from Mumbai Indians to watch out for:Harbhajan Singh: Bhajji has until now been rather lacklustre during the tournament. He has claimed a solitary wicket, having given 72 runs. Harbhajan needs to remind everyone, fans and players alike, that he is no pushover. He must remind them that he still is as potent as he was a few years ago. Destroying the rather weak T&T batting lineup should help resurrect his reputation.Sachin Tendulkar: Sachin’s career has an expiry date and that date is fast approaching. With him already retired from IPL, this year’s Champions League T20 is going to be the last time he plays in this format. This means Sachin needs to play this match as if it were his swan song. After all, there is no guarantee, Mumbai Indians will walk away the victor today. So far, in the Champions League, Sachin’s performance is nothing to boast about. He needs to up his game and silence all those who are saying he should’ve retired already with a few sixes and fours.Kieron Pollard: It should be entertaining to watch Kieron Pollard, being originally from Trinidad and Tobago, take on his teammates. Kieron’s more than in-depth knowledge of the T&T players might give him and MI an advantage. However, it might go the other way with T&T being able to predict Kieron’s every move. It should be fun to watch who comes out on top—Kieron or T&T.Trinidad and Tobago is the only non-IPL team to make it to the semi-finals. While the Caribbean team is phenomenally strong, they go into the match as the underdogs. A quick glance at the two teams’ lineups is proof enough to why T&T are the underdogs. After all, compared to Mumbai Indians’ star lineup, T&T looks like a rabble of rookies. Here are a few players from Trinidad and Tobago to watch out for:Sunil Narine: if T&T has any sort of advantage, it is their bowling lineup. More specifically, their advantage is having Narine. Narine is the star bowler of Champions League T20. He is as lethal as bowlers get. It therefore seems to more than predictable that the team has pinned their hopes and dreams on his performance.Evin Lewis: Of the four teams that had made it to the semi-finals, T&T’s batting lineup looks the weakest. All throughout the tournament, the team won thanks to their venomous bowlers. The only moment of glory for the batsmen was Evin Lewis’ quick 70 against Titans.
