TeamLease allots 22.39 lakh shares to anchor investors

Staffing firm TeamLease Services Limited on Tuesday finalised the allocation of 22.38 lakh shares at Rs 850 per share aggregating to Rs 190.28 crore to 15 anchor investors.

Anchor investors incl-ude Emerging Markets Growth Fund Inc., Sch-roder International Sele-ction Fund India Opport-unities, Nomura Funds Ireland, ICICI Prudential, Reliance Capital Trustee Company, Birla Sun Life Trustee, Sundaram Mutual Fund, HDFC Trustee UTI, DSP Blac-krock, Goldman Sachs India, Eastspring Inves-tment India Consumer Equity Open Limited; IDFC Equity Fund, L&T MF Trustee, Merrill Lynch Capital Markets.

On Tuesday, its IPO was subscribed 17 per cent on the first day of the issue. The retail investor category was subscribed by 98 per cent. The IPO would close on February 4 and the price band is Rs 785- Rs 850 per share.
