The BMW 3 Series Grand Turismo facelift was globally unveiled just a couple of months earlier and now, it has made it way to India. BMW has launched the 3 Series GT facelift in two diesel and one petrol variants. The ex-showroom Delhi prices are as follows.
320d Sport Line: Rs 43.30 lakh
320d Luxury Line: Rs 46.50 lakh
330i Luxury Line: 47.50 lakh
The Looks
BMW hasn't fiddled around too much with the design of the 3GT, that received mixed reactions, to begin with. It does look like a close relative of the sedan, right up to the point where the C-pillar dives into the notchback. Just like its sibling, the GT will get a pair of LED headlamps and taillamps, and new wheels to boot. The bumpers at either end get a few subtle revisions too. Needless to mention, the facelift will continue to sport those gorgeous frameless doors and the trademark kidney grille.
The Cabin
The Drive
The 3GT slots in between the 3 Series and the 5 Series, and poses as a more practical (and slightly exclusive) alternative to its sedan siblings. While there are no direct rivals to the Gran Turismo, it will help the 3 Series take on the Audi A4 and the Mercedes C-Class.
