Here’s a healthy snack that needs no cooking from Shwetha Mehta, a fitness expert.

  • 4 scoop protein powder
  • 8 tsp peanut butter

  • 4 scoop protein powder

  • Melt peanut butter and honey. You can melt dark chocolate or keep small sized chunks. Mix with dry ingredients, add peanut butter and honey to the mix with dry ingredients but DO NOT add more. When you get a thick powder, make bars, put some pressure with a spoon and place it directly either in the box or tray according to the required shape.
  • Freeze them for 20-30 minutes.
  • Cut into six pieces and wrap them in the foil.
  • Store in the fridge and not freezer.
