: President Francois Hollande on Thursday described those who carried out the Paris attacks as acting in the name of an \"insane cause and betraying their God\".

Speaking at a ceremony for the 130 killed and some 350 injured in the attacks of November 13, Hollande also made a \"solemn promise\" to destroy the ISIS which organised the attacks, describing them as an \"army of fanatics\".
