: President Francois Hollande on Thursday described those who carried out the Paris attacks as acting in the name of an "insane cause and betraying their God".
Speaking at a ceremony for the 130 killed and some 350 injured in the attacks of November 13, Hollande also made a "solemn promise" to destroy the ISIS which organised the attacks, describing them as an "army of fanatics".
