Assault charges against the Fury actor Shia LaBeouf were reportedly dropped recently. LaBeouf had faced assault charges and was arrested over an incident in January at his anti-Donald Trump rally in New York City.

A spokeswoman for the district attorney in NYC told media in the US that the case would be dismissed because of insufficient evidence, as reported by BBC.com. According to cops, LaBeouf and one other protester at the actor’s anti-Trump art installation, got into an argument. LaBeouf was accused of scratching the man’s face.
