Certain mishaps can take place in the most unexpected places despite the best security arrangements. But swift action by quick thinking people has often saved the day in such grave situations.

When a little girl was seen hanging from a 25-foot-high ski lift to save her life, the staff present there came to her rescue. The child can be seen holding on to a chair on the lift in Indiana’s Perfect North Slope as a woman clutched on to her.

While the woman was screaming for help, the staff members waiting below with a tarp convinced her to let the girl go. As the child fell from the chair, the staff was able to catch her successfully.
