Wow! Just 5 years into the film industry and BBC recognises Sunny's contribution to Indian cinema.

Mumbai: Bollywood belle Sunny Leone makes it to the list of BBC’s ‘100 most influential women in the world’ and we couldn’t be happier for her. Sunny, who is celebrating her 5th year in the film industry, features in this list along with renowned npersonalities like Olympic-winning gymnast Simone Biles and French politician Rachida Dati.

BBC has been compiling this for the past 4 years and focuses on women who have made groundbreaking contribution in their respective fields. The ‘Jism 2’star, who entered the world of films with controversial reality show ‘Bigg Biss 5’, has featured in more than 12 Hindi feature films.

Leone has super hit item numbers like ‘Pink Lips’, ‘Baby Doll’ and ‘Laila’ to her credit. 

Apart from Leone, 4 other Indian women have made it to the list- Gouri Chindarkar, Mallika Srinivasan, Neha Singh and Saalumarada Thimmakka.

Sunny is currently shooting for her next film ‘Tera Intezaar’ with Arbaaz Khan.
