Director Shashanka  Ghosh’s  last outing was making the Sonam Kapoor and Fawad Khan starrer, Khoobsurat. While the film may not have done well at the BO, it gave Fawad Khan a head start into Bollywood.

Shashanka hasn’t worked on a feature film since 2014, since he seems to have shifted his focus to advertising. The director will now be seen calling the shots for a popular candy’s television ad, featuring actress Tamannaah Bhatia.

Says a source, “Shashanka will be directing Tamannaah for a candy commercial. The shoot for the ad will start only once the actress finishes her last schedule of  Baahubali: The Conclusion in Hyderabad.”
