The bike brings a sporty cruiser experience to the large set of emerging 150-160cc users in the country, the company said.

Bajaj Auto, the second largest motorcycle maker, on Thursday introduced the all new Avenger Street 160 bike with a starting price of Rs 82,253 at Delhi showroom to gain market share in the growing spots bike segment.

Pune: Bajaj Auto, the second largest motorcycle maker, on Thursday introduced the all new Avenger Street 160 bike with a starting price of Rs 82,253 at Delhi showroom to gain market share in the growing spots bike segment.

Boasting of a single channel ABS, Bajaj Avenger Street 160 will be available in two colours -- Ebony Black and Spicy Red.

The new Avenger Street bike is a blend of roadster and cruiser design and it gets a new 160.4 cc engine that makes 15 PS and 13.5 Nm of torque. The motor is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

The Avenger Street 160 with ABS blends the 'roadster' and 'cruiser' design languages with street control handlebar, low-slung seat and alloy wheels.
