Crime Branch officials have arrested two people for a '33 lakh robbery in the Pydhonie area of south Mumbai September 20. Mohammed Sagir Siddiqui, alias Sameer, was arrested from Andheri on Friday jeweller Pritesh Khamesera’s complaint. “On September 20, Mr Khamesera was going home carrying gold ornaments, cash worth '33 lakh in a bag. At the Yusuf Meher Ali road, five people thrashed him and fled with the bag. He then registered an offence with the Pydhonie police,” said a police officer. The four accused are still at large.
