Neha Gadhwalla’s inspiring rise from hairstylist to celebrity manager

Talk about inspiring names from behind-the-camera world of Bollywood, Neha Gadhwalla is among one. She is quite a famous name in celebrity management field and she is known for having a great bond with several celebs. However her journey from being an assistant hair-stylist to becoming a renowned celebrity manager is not known by many.

During her initial few years in B-town, Neha Gadhwalla worked as an hair-stylist and gradually she become the proud owner of an artiste management firms. Here we shared some interesting deets from her up-side-down journey of becoming the prolific name in the industry circles.

When Neha was just 17-year-old, she learned hairstyling Sapna Bhavnani, who is the owner of Mad O Wot. This was the field that helped her build a great connection with celebs. Soon she become a renowned hair-stylist in the industry, that many of the celebs wanted to work with her. She didn't just stop at being an hairstylist, she curious attitude towards the filmmaking made her discover new faced of her career. In no time she become the production assistant for Pritish Nandy Communications for over 2 years. During this phase of her life, she was involved in projects such as ‘Ugly Aur Pagli’. Following her intuition, she rejoined Mad O Wat and worked for another 2 years as a part of their line up of celebrity hair-stylists.

As she became a known face in the industry, she started working with John Abraham as his personal hair-stylist. Although she was working as an independent hair-stylist, she always wanted to explore herself towards filmmaking. After establishing herself into the world of celebs, she met several directors and producers and learned the craft of celebrity management. When John Abraham had no manager, Neha was the one to help him manage his professional activities. She served the Satyameva Jayate actor as his manager between 2011-2016.

Further expanding her wings into celebrity management world, Neha joined Sonam Kapoor as her business lager for films, events, brands, etc. Since 2016 there is no looking back for her. In no time Neha and Sonam become really close friends.

Neha established her own company in 2019 with Sonam Kapoor and Rhea's help. The company is called as  Eficiente Management and its an agency that houses known makeup artistes, hair-stylists, stylist photographers and influencers.

Neha Gadhwalla is truly a self made entrepreneur and her story is definite to inspire young aspiring people.
