Tapsee Pannu, who has recently been basking in the glory of the success of her latest film Game Over, has perhaps understood the business game of the industry. The actress, who has delivered three consecutive hit films in the recent past, says she likes to be a ‘producer’s actor’.

“I started learning about the business of films and realised that a film has to make money for you to make more films. Which is why I always want to be not just a director’s actor but a producer’s actor as well,” she says, adding that she does this so that her producers make more films with her. “I do keep a tab on the business of the films and I really want to be a bankable actress,” she says.

On being in the Bollywood major leagues she says, “I would want to believe that because I am not running with anyone, I have no reference point at all. So for me, all this praise counts.”

While many Bollywood actors believe in sending their film trailers to their friends and asking for shout outs, the Pink actress doesn’t believe in doing that. “I never do that, I don’t WhatsApp my trailers. Not because of anything else, but my test is how many people saw my trailer themselves. I am not in the industry in terms of my social gatherings and all, so I don’t get to know what’s the buzz. This is my testing point. As a habit, I never do that.”

Meanwhile, she has bought one more flat in the same building that she resides. “It’s been a year and now, I have bought a new house in the same building right above. My sister and I will start designing it; we are going to make a good theme out of it,” she concludes.
