West Indies wicketkeeper Denesh Ramdin has taken to social media to vent his frustration at seemingly being dropped from the Test team to play India later this month.

West Indies wicketkeeper Denesh Ramdin has taken to social media to vent his frustration at seemingly being dropped from the Test team to play India later this month. In a series of Tweets, Ramdin warned his fans he would not be playing in the first Test which is set to begin in Antigua on July 21, saying: “What a rainy day, lil heads up for shotta80 fans wouldn’t be playin in test series vs India. New chairman says my avg isn’t Gud”

The West Indies Cricket Board is yet to publically name their Test squad to play India, but on Wednesday revealed a 12-player squad to meet the travelling Indians in a two-day warm-up match.

Former Windies Test wicketkeeper Courtney Browne replaced legendary captain Clive Lloyd as West Indies chairman of selectors late last month.

In a series of tweets, Ramdin posted: “Man who’s telling my average is bad with 25.87 but his is 16 telling me about batting an has never scored international hundred shameless.”

“Life goes on man God is great,what I haven’t done in my test career for sure was dropping any batsman to score double hundred vs WI,” he posted.
