Scientists have found that walnuts are good for men and helps improve fertility especially if they are looking to conceive a child with their partners.

According to a report in the Daily Mail, scientists say that a walnut-rich diet can improve sperm quality and reduce lipid peroxidation, a process that can damage sperm cells. The polyunsaturated fats in the cells are only found in walnuts that they can be eaten increase the count and quality of the sperms. One of the main criteria’s for a healthy sperm is the motility (movement) and morphology (form) and walnuts contribute to both, leading to a healthy sperm.

The research is a positive result as it has been reported that in approximately 40 percent of couples, it is the man who is the sole cause of infertility in more than both. While there are many other remedies, walnuts can be among the new inclusions in your daily diet if you want increase your sperm count.
