Take a shaker and fill it with ice.

Ingredients:
n Vodka: 50ml
n Elder Flower: 10ml
n Sweet & Sour mix (home made with jagerry water and lime juice): 10ml
n Lavender syrup: 10ml

For decoration:
Slice of Malta

Method:
n Take a shaker and fill it with ice.
n Fill the jar with Vodka, lavender syrup  and sweet and sour mix.
n Mix well and double strain
n Top the drink with Ginger ale
n Lastly, garnish with Edible flower, Herb and the Malta slice.

Guilty

Ingredients:
n Gin: 50ml
n Jasmine Syrup: 15ml
n Sweet and Sour mix (home made with jagerry water and lime juice): 15ml
n Sparkling wine

For decoration:
n Rose Petals

Method:
n Take a shaker and fill it with ice.
n To the ice add gin, Jasmine syrup and the sweet and sour mix
n Mix well and double strain
n Top the drink with sparkling water and garnish with Rose petals

Scent of Spring

Ingredients:
n Gin: 50ml
n Yuzu: 25ml
n Mint: 4 Leaf
n Sweet & Sour Mix (home made with jagerry water and lime juice): 10ml
n Vanilla essense
n Ginger ale (Tonic water)

For decoration:
n Dehydrated citrus fruit: lime, mandarine or  blood orange

Method:
n Take a shaker and fill it with ice.
n To the ice add Gin, Yuzu, vanilla essense, sweet and sour mix; and mint leaves
n Shake well and double strain
n Top it with Tonic water (Ginger ale) and garnish with dehydrated citrus
