With Kareena Kapoor Khan expecting her second child, the Laal Singh Chaddha shoot has acquired a sense of urgency.  Kareena will now have to complete her shoot at the earliest.

“She will have to shoot before the baby bump shows and hence there will be a lot of pressure on Aamir Khan’s team to finish her portions quickly. She has around a month of shooting left and they will need to do her long shots first and do close-ups later, before there is a weight change. Kareena will not want to lose out on the film. And if Aamir and team are not able to shoot immediately they will need to wait for her to be ready for action again after the baby is born,” say sources.

It is now said that Aamir will work on finishing Kareena’s portions first.

It may be recalled that Bebo had replaced pregnant Aishwarya Rai midway through the Madhur Bhandakar movie Heroine.
