Yadav has challenged the order of the Jharkhand High Court which had rejected the bail application filed by him on Wednesday.

The court had on January 19 extended the interim bail granted to the three which ended today.

The cases relate to alleged irregularities in granting the operational contract of two IRCTC hotels to a private firm.

The next date of hearing is February 11.

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley is unwell and is in abroad for the treatment, just before he is to present the Budget.
