Reliance's JioFiber may not be such a game-changer, say analysts

Brokerage and investment group Credit Lyonnais Securities Asia (CLSA) released a paper yesterday analysing the impact of JioFiber’s launch.

Jio announced the commencement of JioFiber, its Fiber-to-the-Home service to be provided across 1,600 cities in India yesterday.

The broadband service will offer unlimited data, free voice calling to anywhere in India as well as TV video calling/conferencing.
