Saina Nehwal thanks her physio

India’s leading badminton player Saina Nehwal recently posted a picture with her physio, Heath Matthews, on twitter. Thank u so much Heath Matthews (Physio) for helping me with the knee rehab, she tweeted.

Saina, a former world number one, failed to progress to the knock-out stage in Rio Olympics in a shock early exit from the competition and returned to India with unbearable pain in right knee.

She underwent surgery last month at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai for broken bone below kneecap. Physio, Heath Matthews, is now working with her as part of rehab process.
