The Moto X4 seems like a repackaged Xiaomi Mi A1, albeit limited for the US market.

It retains the 5.2-inch full HD display as well.

After Xiaomi unveiled it Mi A1 under the Android One lineup last month, Lenovo-owned Motorola has taken off the wraps of its latest Android One offering — the Android One Moto X4. However, this one is limited to the US right now, that too for Google Fi customers specifically.

Making the Android One Moto X4 available to Fi customers exclusively makes sense for Motorola as the company has long been using stock Android for all its handsets. The Moto X4, therefore, is running on stock Android Nougat 7.1.1 without Moto’s own enhancements and will be updated to Oreo before the end of this year.

Apart from the Android One branding and pure Android, this is identical to the global model with Snapdragon 630 SoC, 3,000mAh battery, and IP68 water and dust resistance. It has a dual-rear camera with 12-megapixel and 8-megapixel sensors, plus a 16-megapixel front camera with a special low-light mode. It retains the 5.2-inch full HD display as well.

The Android One Moto X4 will retail for $399 (approximately Rs 25,000) in the US market. This also means that Motorola will bring the standard X4 to the Indian markets as a premium midrange smartphone.
